10 YEAR WARRANTY
At Lilly & Lolly we stand by our superior design and local Australian craftmanship. As such, in the rare case a structural issue arises, we offer a 10 year warranty on all upholstered beds and timber furniture pieces.
Our furniture is designed and built to last and therefore should not need to be replaced, when used for it's intended purpose. However if you need some support simply email us - email@example.com
UPHOLSTERED BEDS - 10 years
All L&L upholstered beds are covered by a 10 year structural warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty specifically relates to frames and support, and guarantees your purchase if free from defect in the workmanship. Please be mindful that the warranty does not cover normal application of furniture so be sure that your bed has been carefully maintained and sensibly used, this includes everyday wear & tear such as dragging of furniture across the floor. Ensure all furniture is lifted and moved with care to avoid any damage.
Our upholstered fabrics are also covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults and do not cover every day living.
TIMBER FURNITURE - 10 years
All L&L timber furniture are covered by a 10 year structural warranty from the date of purchase. The timber furniture warranty specifically relates to the structural integrity of the timber and guarantees your purchase is free from any defects in the timber used. Please be mindful that the warranty does not cover the normal application of furniture so be sure that your furniture has been carefully maintained and sensibly used, his includes everyday wear & tear such as dragging of furniture across the floor. Ensure all furniture is lifted and moved with care to avoid any damage.
Exclusions in the warranty includes environmental conditions, if your furniture is not cared for carefully (mainly Tasmanian Oak products) you may experience changes in performance and appearance such as shrinkage, expansion, bowing, splitting and colour.
PRODUCT STEWARDSHIP AGREEMENT (for all furniture products)
L&L accepts returns on furniture that have been agreed upon by a manager in advance. These products are to be delivered back to L&L at the expense of the customer in a timely manner. Returns will only be accepted if they are free of any contaminates, including coatings, adhesive or paint finished and have not been re-upholstered or the structure has been altered in any way. Returns not meeting these criteria may be returned to the customer at their expense.
